As the talent id programme falls during Ramadan, Sporting Equals and QPR will ensure that the following provisions are made for all practicing Muslims.

All sessions flexible enough to allow players to stop and take breaks to maintain energy levels.

All activities will include regular rest periods.

Guidelines for parents/guardians

Provide your child with complex carbohydrates during the meal sehri (dawn) so food lasts longer.

Try to ensure that your child drinks as much water or fruit juice between iftar (breakfast fasting) and bedtime which will help
your childs body adjust to fluid levels.

Avoid oily foods
